Some providers allow you to log in with your existing username and password. Once you register with a service provider, you may not need to re-register should you choose to use another provider. Each EFSP offers a variety of additional services*, and you should evaluate which provider meets your filing needs. An electronic filing service provider (EFSP) provides an online service to help you file your documents, and acts as the intermediary between you and our eFiling Manager (EFM). Step One: To start e-filing, select your service provider. Please refer to the Local Rules for more information. Certain documents, such as those that require personal service on a Judicial Officer or an original certification/signature and an electronic signature is not permitted by law, are exempt from eFiling. eFiling is governed by Division 6 of the Superior Court of California, County of Madera Local Rules in eligible case types. You can eFile documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through an approved Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP).ĮFiling with the Madera Superior Court is not mandatory at this time. EFiling is available for attorneys and for self-represented litigants in Civil, Family Law, Probate, and Small Claims case types.
